With nearly 15 years of experience and close to 50 team members across London, Milan, and China, the studio delivers bespoke, high-profile projects around the world – including urban developments, cultural destinations, transport systems, and major work in Saudi Arabia.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in wayfinding, architecture, or environmental/graphic design. It would particularly suit someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is ready to take on greater responsibility by leading both people and projects. The position offers the chance to work at scale and see their expertise reflected in globally significant work. You’ll be:
  • Leading and managing multiple wayfinding and environmental design projects from concept to completion
  • Guiding creative direction while supporting and mentoring project teams
  • Coordinating with clients, collaborators, and directors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Balancing hands-on design work with project leadership (roughly 50/50 split)
You’ll have:
  • A strong background in wayfinding, architecture, or environmental design
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments
  • Proven track record of delivering projects through construction phases
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
  • Confident working across early-stage strategy and technical wayfinding
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • International project experience is a bonus, particularly in the public realm or infrastructure sectors
