We're looking for a detail-driven administrator to join our Validations Team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring parking compliance by monitoring ANPR, CCTV and Self-Ticketing systems, issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) accurately and fairly when parking conditions are breached. You'll take ownership of a primary processing area (ANPR, CCTV or Self-Ticketing), while also being cross-trained to support other areas when required. This is a varied role that rewards accuracy, consistency and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor assigned locations and processing systems, issuing PCNs in line with parking terms and conditions
- Ensure all PCNs fully comply with DVLA, PoFA, IPC and internal requirements
- Identify, report and help resolve system faults or operational issues
- Support reporting activities and maintain accurate records
- Actively suggest improvements to ANPR, CCTV and Self-Ticketing services

- Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
- Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm
- Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
- Location: Newton Abbot with hybrid flexibilities after probation period. There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.
