Position

Customer Service Advisor – 3 month Fixed Term Contract. You will join our fast-paced contact centre team, assisting customers with parking permit solutions. This role handles inbound phone calls and administrative duties, requiring excellent service over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for customer contact via telephone and email.
  • Assist all customers with resolution of their car parking permit queries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure the quality of work is generated to the highest standard.
  • Adhere to the IPC Code of Practice, internal policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic role.
  • Customer service experience in a call centre (inbound or outbound).
  • Organised and efficient with office administration – keeping the database up to date at all times and responding professionally to customers.
  • Availability for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.
  • Successful completion of a DBS check.

Salary

£26,436.80 per annum, pro-rata (≈ £12.71 per hour).

Hours

40 per week; Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
