We are looking for a Compliance Executive to take responsibility for managing, investigating, and responding to incoming complaints received by post and email. In this role, you will ensure that every concern is handled promptly, accurately, and with the appropriate level of care.
Where required and within the scope of the role, you may also support the Data Protection Officer's team with processing Subject Access Requests and other GDPR-related activities. This role plays an important part in maintaining high standards of compliance while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage the resolution of complaints including ATA (Accredited Trade Associations) and DVLA complaints within given timescales.
- To conduct full and thorough investigations into each complaint raised and document evidence of the investigation.
- To identify pattens in complaints raised, elevate, and investigate to ensure they are resolved long term.
- To elevate feedback to Management as required to ensure continuous improvement throughout departments.
- To respond to MP correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring responses are to a high-quality standard.
- To liaise with third parties with evidence to help conclude complaints.
- To support the Data Protection Officer's team with Subject Access Requests and other GDPR-related tasks, where required and within the scope of the role.

- Able to process detailed information accurately and consistently when handling complaints and data protection matters.
- Able to conduct thorough investigations, assess information and evidence, and reach appropriate conclusions in line with relevant procedures and requirements.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, third parties, management and relevant stakeholders when resolving complaints or supporting data protection requests.
- Able to work effectively with others to achieve a shared goal, including supporting the Data Protection Officer's team where required and within the scope of the role.
- Able to follow relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, seeking guidance from the appropriate authority when required.
- Maintains high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism when handling complaints and personal data.

Salary: Β£26,436.80 per annum
Hours: 40 per week; Monday Friday 9am - 5.00pm
Location: Slough / Newton Abbot / Lancing / Stafford
