As our Client Implementation Manager, you will lead the mobilisation and onboarding of ANPR conversion projects across key client portfolios. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll manage multiple concurrent implementations from planning through to go-live, ensuring every rollout is delivered smoothly, professionally and with exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with Sales, Operations and Service Delivery teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining momentum, quality and operational excellence throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leading the onboarding and rollout of ANPR conversion sites across key residential portfolios.
  • Managing multiple site implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Working closely with clients and internal teams to provide a seamless, professional onboarding experience.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Operations, Installations and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring rollout progress, managing milestones and proactively resolving risks, challenges and dependencies.
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout implementation, providing confidence and visibility at every stage.
  • Identifying opportunities within the existing portfolio to support future ANPR conversion growth.

Other Information About The Role

  • Salary: £42,000-£45,000 depending on experience
  • Benefits: Performance based bonus scheme
  • Hours: 40 per week; Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm
  • Location: Remote (based in UK) or from any of our office locations with hybrid flexibility

Our selection process is as follows: Application – Competency Based Interview – 2nd Interview with task. You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship. The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available. This role is subject to the approval of our motor insurance provider, and continued employment is dependent on maintaining eligibility to drive under the company's insurance policy.
