We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Assurance Executive to join our team. The Quality and Assurance Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and consistency of our business operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To conduct quality assurance on work processed through the Validations, Complaints, Customer Services and Appeals teams.
- Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.
- To assist in analysing quality performance metrics.
- To assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.
- To assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.
- Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.

You are a detail-oriented individual with the ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently. You ensure effective communication and are proactive and accurate. You will be a person who will want to take an active role in the team, providing support to both the team and team manager. The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.

Other Information About The Role
- Salary: £26,500 per annum
- Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Location: Lancing with hybrid flexibilities after probation period. There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.
- You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
- The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available.
