We are seeking a dedicated Appeals Adjudicator to join our Appeals team. In this administration-based role, you will manage, investigate, and respond to appeals received via post or email.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public.
- Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Maintain the highest standards of work quality.
- Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management.
- Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service.
- Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a target-driven administration role before. The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.

Other information about the role:
- Salary: £25,396.80 per annum.
- Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
- Location: Lancing with hybrid flexibilities after probation period. There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.
- You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
- The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available.
