Position

As a Contracts Analyst you will be responsible for supporting review of a range of documents to ensure that where we are to enter contracts with clients or supplier, we do so only where appropriate safeguards are in place. You will work with us to identify relevant commercial risks and opportunities identified; this will include the establishment of land/lease ownership of sites upon where the group will provide a car park management services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review and summarise key terms within client and supplier contracts.
  • Verify land ownership, leasehold rights and authority to instruct parking management services.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise internal teams and clients on documentation required to enable service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and internal stakeholders to support commercial agreements.
  • Assist with contract updates, renewals and changes to services or legislation.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure contractual and financial arrangements align.
  • Provide general commercial and administrative support across the team.
  • Support supplier due diligence and onboarding activities.

Who you are

  • Experience within Car Park Management, Facilities Management or Software environments is beneficial but not essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable reviewing contracts and working with complex information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using a range of business systems.
  • An effective communicator who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Information About The Role

  • Salary: Β£26,436.80 per annum
  • Hours: 40 per week; Monday Friday
  • Location: Newton Abbot / Lancing / Slough / Stafford with hybrid flexibilities after probation period.

For the right candidate, we are open to discussing a remote or hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility around office attendance. Working hours can also be adapted to support a productive and balanced working pattern.

  • The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available
