Responsibilities
- Provide a reactive approach to our pool of Non-Account Managed clients.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep sites compliant with our code of conduct – being ethical is one of our company values.
- Triage tasks in a professional manner, delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Deal with sometimes challenging enquiries, delivering a positive outcome for the client.
- Manage all internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLAs.
- Complete all admin duties relating to site set up and compliance.
- Ensure best practice standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Our selection process is as follows: Application - Competency Based Interview - Task.
- You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
- The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in a customer facing environment.
- Displays a passion for new challenges and problem solving.
- Organised and proactive handling multiple administrative tasks.
- Able to express ideas and views clearly, in writing, and listen and respond appropriately to others.
