We are seeking a dedicated Appeals Adjudicator to join our Appeals team. In this administration based role, you will manage, investigate, and respond to appeals received via post or email.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public.
  • Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Maintain the highest standards of work quality.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management.
  • Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service.
  • Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures.

Candidate must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.

Benefits

  • Salary: £26,436.80 per annum (from 1st April 2026)
  • Hours: 40 per week; Monday‑Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Location: This role can be based in either the Newton Abbot or Lancing office, with hybrid flexibilities after probation period. There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.
