At agemo, we're researching and developing AI reasoning systems for software. We believe this is the first step to build the future of software creation. From specs to a ready-to-use software solution — software generation, not code generation.
After completing the first iteration of an AI system able to turn a spec into a deployed workflow in minutes, we are now building the platform for non-developers to interact and build with that system.
No-code, no IDE, drag-and-drop, chat…? The future of AI-native experiences will be a combination of these UX paradigms and new ones that AI capabilities will unlock.

In this role, you will
- own the development of new customer-facing features and product experiences end-to-end
- in collaboration with the product team, understand user needs and iterate on novel interfaces to address them
- iterate on new experiences to define the new relationship between human and computer interaction with AI
We are a group of engineers, researchers, and product experts from institutions such the University of Cambridge, École Polytechnique, Imperial College London, and The Alan Turing Institute, complemented by industry experience from Microsoft, Palantir Technologies, Meta, PolyAI and TikTok.
We tackle complex technical challenges head-on, rather than follow industry trends, as displayed by our work on the ARC-AGI benchmark. You'll work directly with everyone on the team—no middle management involved.
