We’re recruiting for a Restaurant and Bar Manager on behalf of a prestigious 4-star hotel in the Hertfordshire countryside, with excellent links to London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in Asian cuisine, fine dining, and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
• Deliver exceptional service within a fine dining setting
• Manage and develop the front-of-house team
• Collaborate with the kitchen team, focusing on Asian menu execution
• Oversee premium bar service, stock control, and rota planning
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and bar service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK and ability to commute or relocate
