The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will assist in overseeing the finance operation of the hotel, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and smooth daily operations across all departments. You will play a key role within the finance team and work closely with operational heads of department across the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Finance with the daily management of the finance department
  • Assist with month-end processes, reconciliations, reporting, and forecasting
  • Monitor financial controls and compliance procedures
  • Support payroll, purchasing, stock control, and cost management processes
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiencies and profitability
  • Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ensure smooth processing of invoices, supplier payments, and revenue controls
  • Help maintain a collaborative and positive working environment within the finance team

Candidates should ideally have experience with:

About You

  • Previous finance experience within luxury hospitality or hotels is essential
