We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and lead onboard housekeeping operations with exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure immaculate presentation and guest comfort
- Manage schedules, linen inventory, and cleaning operations onboard
- Train and support team members, upholding five-star service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Take part in guest trips, working up to 6 nights away at a time
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
- Flexibility for trip-based work and availability for the full contract period
