We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join an exceptional 5-star luxury property located in the stunning North of Scotland. This is an incredible opportunity to work within a truly unique destination property surrounded by breathtaking scenery and offering guests an outstanding hospitality and dining experience. The hotel features two restaurants, both focused on quality Scottish produce, seasonality, and refined dining. The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering consistently high standards across both restaurant operations. You will work with excellent local ingredients and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a quality-driven kitchen.

- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Background in quality hotels, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
