Support Worker/Registered Nurse – High Intensity
Hourly Rate: $40 – $41.53

Accessible Care is a trusted NDIS-registered provider offering high-quality, person-centred support across Victoria and South Australia. We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team in Newport, VIC.
You will work closely with families, clinical staff, and our internal allied health team to ensure clients receive safe, respectful, and dignified care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
Deliver palliative care with empathy and professionalism
Support clients with MND
Administer medications as per care plan (must hold valid Medication Administration Certificate)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with allied health professionals and family members
Promote client independence and quality of life
Medication Administration Certificate (HLTHPS006 or equivalent)
PEG TRAINING – REQUIRED
Personal Care Support
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Clearance)
Minimum 2 years experience in disability or aged care
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, patient, and reliable approach to care
