At Emerging Nursing & Disability Services\’, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Perth, WA and surrounding areas like Mosman Park, Balga, Morley, Palmyra etc. This is a casual role that will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we support.

What you\’ll be doing

Providing personalised care and support to clients with a range of needs, including assistance with daily living activities, social engagement, and community participation

Implementing individual support plans to ensure clients\’ goals and needs are met

Advocating for clients and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders

Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we\’re looking for

A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services

Relevant experience in a similar role, providing support to clients with a range of needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues

A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting clients

A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of the individuals you support

A valid driver\’s license and access to reliable transportation
