Your part in our BlueCare Team

You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:

  • In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What makes a difference for us?

  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support
  • Current Australian drivers' licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
  • Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
