The role

James Milson Village is seeking passionate, professional, and flexible Aged Care Employees – Carers/AINs.

We have multiple part-time positions available at our Woolwich residential aged care home, including casual and permanent AM/PM/Night shifts.

The primary responsibility is to provide high-quality, safe, and effective personal care aligned with individual resident choices and best practices to the residents of James Milson Village at Woolwich.

Who we are looking for

• You will be a team player, professional, friendly, and able to work a regular roster within our village.
• Must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care.
• Additional knowledge or qualifications in other aged care-related fields (e.g., dementia care, continence) are desirable.
• Excellent customer service and nursing/care skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly disposition, with the ability to remain calm in a busy aged care environment.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and attentive to personal appearance.
• Dedicated to delivering excellence in care and service for our residents.
