Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are currently recruiting care staff for Eastern Sydney - Eastlakes, Rosebery, Eastgardens, South Coogee Botany, Mascot, Kingsford, Kensington, Randwick, Chifley, Daceyville, Little Bay, Pagewood, Matraville, Hillsdale, La Perouse, Port Botany, Philip Bay, Sydney City, Haymarket, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Dover Heights, Bondi and surrounding areas.
Whatβs On Offer:
- Permanent Part-time contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
- $29.81 - $33 per hour (dependent on experience) + 11.5% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role:
- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- Willing to travel across all suburbs that the branch services
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
