About us
We have a number of opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Support Workers to join our Community team.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, individualised support services to enable older people to remain living at home.
- Working with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure their individual needs are supported.
- Delivering services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
- Following tasks as directed per Care Plans and Task lists, such as personal care, general housekeeping, social support and transport.
About you:
- A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
- Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
- Above award rate of pay
