Community Aged Care Services Worker – Care SA

The Position

Join our diverse team as a Care Services Worker and embrace an exciting opportunityworking across our Bartonvale and Wisteria Villages in the Enfield area located 10 minutes apart.
Thiscasualposition plays a pivotal role, prioritising the well-being of our residents above all else.

We are seeking a motivated person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team, as well as embrace the chance to be a source of support and comfort for our residents.

Reporting to the Manager – Care SA, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and assisting Home Care recipients with activities of daily living, including mobility continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, medication prompting
  • Where required, assisting with meal preparation
  • Provision of domestic and laundry services to care recipients
  • Transporting care recipients to appointments (e.g. medical)
  • Social Support and Shopping assistance

We’re on the lookout for someone with:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent) – essential
  • Full Drivers Licence, Comprehensive Insurance and Reliable Transport – essential
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate(or ability to obtain)
  • Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
  • Working rights in Australia
