Multicultural Care is a not-for-profit organization with 30 years of experience providing in-home care to frail-aged individuals, people with disabilities, and their carers from culturally diverse backgrounds. With a commitment to delivering care with respect and dignity, we support individuals across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney areas. Recently, we have seen an increase in new clients in Northbridge, Manly, West Ryde, Bilgola Plateau, and Narraweena, and are looking for workers in these regions to help meet the growing demand for our services.
We are currently looking for support workers to work throughout the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. As we are receiving a growing number of Spanish- and Greek-speaking clients, we are particularly looking for candidates who are fluent in Spanish or Greek. However, we welcome bilingual applicants who speak any second language.

The Role:
As an Aged Care Support Staff member, you will provide essential in-home care to individuals across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney. Your responsibilities will include:
Offering personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
Assisting with shopping and transport
Managing and supervising medication, following doctor’s advice
Monitoring and reporting on changes to a client’s health and well-being
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual capability – proficiency in multiple languages like Spanish or Greek speaking is preferred.
Experience as a carer or completion of a Certificate III in Aged Care (preferred, but not required)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
NSW driver’s license and access to a car with third-party property insurance
