We are seeking a professional, organised and reliable Reception and Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for visitors and customers, answer and direct telephone calls, respond to general enquiries, manage emails and correspondence, arrange appointments and maintain an organised reception area.
The role will also involve providing general administrative support, preparing and organising documents, maintaining electronic and paper records, updating internal systems and databases, managing incoming and outgoing post, arranging meetings, ordering office supplies and assisting management and other team members with routine administrative tasks.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, good organisational abilities, attention to detail and confidence using standard office software and computer systems.
They should be able to prioritise tasks, maintain confidentiality and work professionally both independently and as part of a team.
