Salary Range: c.£60,000 depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh, hybrid working
Travel: You will be expected to attend our office in Eastleigh one day per month and depending on business need

Overview: At Ageas UK, we have an exciting opportunity to join a small, high‑impact team at a pivotal point in our journey. You will play a key role in shaping ESG data, reporting and governance across a complex UK‑wide organisation, working cross‑functionally to deliver audit‑ready sustainability reporting that meets evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of accurate, high‑quality ESG and sustainability reporting, including annual and regulatory disclosures
- Establish and enhance robust ESG data governance frameworks and controls to ensure data integrity, traceability and audit readiness
- Develop and embed reporting processes across the business during a period of integration and change
- Work cross‑functionally to build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective data collection and reporting flows
- Generate meaningful insights from ESG data to support strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and drive compliance, assurance activity and external ratings submissions
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in ESG / sustainability reporting, data governance or assurance within a complex organisation, with a track record of delivering audit‑ready reporting
- Strong understanding of regulatory and voluntary ESG frameworks, including CSRD, TCFD, ISSB and SECR
- Knowledge of carbon emissions and methodologies, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 categories and associated emission factors
- Experience working with ESG accounting, data management or reporting platforms, managing complex datasets
- Familiarity with sustainability assessments, external ESG ratings and benchmarking processes
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, influence stakeholders and translate requirements clearly
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to use initiative, drive process improvements and think holistically, while maintaining strong attention to detail and professional integrity
