Ageas is seeking an Operational Resilience & Continuity Lead to strengthen our ability to deliver reliable services, even during disruption. Reporting to the Operational Resilience & Continuity Leader, you'll drive development and continuous improvement of resilience, business continuity and crisis management frameworks across the organisation.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape risk-aware strategies and ensure regulatory requirements are met while supporting long-term stability.
