Senior Retention Trading Manager:
Ageas UK have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Direct Business as a Senior Retention Trading Manager, to lead, shape and deliver against Ageas Retention Strategy & ambitions across all product lines and brands.
If you have the ability to disseminate large data sets, sharing the output with stakeholders of all levels, and make decisions based on delivering the best commercial outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
The Senior Retention Trading Manager will take ownership of, the commercial performance of customer retention, delivering customer / policy volume, best in class customer engagement, income & retention to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Please note: Most of your time will be spent working remotely, supported by necessary equipment, however adhoc travel to our Bournemouth office will be required on occasion.
Main Responsibilities as Senior Retention Trading Manager:
- To be responsible for developing the retention channels to achieve target volumes, GWP & Income
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital distribution retention channels
- To be responsible for the identification and implementation of initiatives that will improve customer engagement, commercial outcomes and ultimately retention rates
- To understand technology themes and the emergence of new trends within the insurance industry, leading to innovative ways of working, improved customer and outcomes
- To understand the end-to-end customer journey and work collaboratively across digital distribution partners and internal teams to maximise trading performance and meet retention targets
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing BAU performance of retention channels, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives
Skills and experience you need as Senior Retention Trading Manager:
- Proven knowledge and experience of working on customer retention for a financial services company beneficial but not essential
- A strong understanding of commercial outcomes and an ability to identify activity & initiatives that will positively influence them
- A strong understanding and awareness of consumer, technology and market trends
- Strong ability to work independently and on own initiative with minimal guidance
- Highly flexible and adaptable with an ability to drive results through strong influence of business areas
- Familiarity with wide variety of modern marketing, platforms/tools, highly analytical, articulate and numerate with experience of forecasting and planning
