Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
• Teamleiding en coaching: Je leidt en coacht een team van trainers en zorgt voor hun professionele ontwikkeling en motivatie.
• Projectopzet: In samenwerking met de projectleider zorg je voor een duidelijke en efficiënte uitwerking van diverse projecten en opleidingen rekening houdend met de scope en te bereiken doelstellingen.
• Efficiënte werkmethoden: Je stuurt en volgt de trainers op om tot efficiënte werkmethodes te komen en anticipeert op mogelijke uitdagingen.
• Validatie en uitrol: Je zorgt voor een vlotte goedkeuring en succesvolle lancering van projecten en opleidingen binnen de organisatie.
