Retention Campaign Consultant

It is an exciting time at Ageas, and we are looking for a Retention Campaign Consultant to join our dynamic Marketing Team! If you are creative, analytical, and have experience of working on email campaigns for a large organisation, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • To support the Retention Marketing Manager in the development of the retention & in-life marketing plan to achieve business objectives and financial / commercial targets.
  • To undertake quarterly planning & forecasting, taking into account the performances of previous campaigns.
  • To provide frequent updates and analysis on the effectiveness of marketing activity and for preparing regular reports.
  • Take a digital first approach to brand engagement, retention and cross sell/upsell campaign activity.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders & agency partners (creative, media, research) to develop and produce integrated marketing material.

Skills & Experience

  • Passionate about marketing and for delivering direct marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in multi-channel direct response marketing, including targeted data driven campaigns.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills to interpret key metrics and ability to analyse data and use it to inform decision making.
  • Anability to manage complex campaigns and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • An ability and experience of working collaboratively with external agencies.
