We're looking for an experienced Integration Communication Lead to play a pivotal role in one of the UK's most significant transformation programmes. You will lead the development and delivery of communications that support the integration of Ageas UK, esure and Saga, ensuring colleagues remain informed, engaged and connected throughout the journey. Working across programme, people and culture initiatives, you will translate complex change into clear, compelling communications that support successful adoption and help build a unified organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the internal communication strategy for the Ageas, esure and Saga integration programme.
  • Provide communication leadership across transformation, change and integration initiatives.
  • Partner with the Integration Management Office (IMO) to establish effective communication frameworks.
  • Lead communications supporting the Saga integration, including TUPE-related activities.
  • Create and execute communication plans for organisational design, people integration and policy harmonisation.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that help embed a unified culture, purpose and ways of working.
  • Manage integration communication channels, including newsletters, collaboration hubs, leadership updates and live events.
  • Produce high-quality content including articles, presentations, blogs, videos, broadcasts and change communications.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading communications within large-scale transformation, integration or M&A programmes.
  • Extensive background in internal, employee and change communications.
  • Strong ability to influence, challenge and advise senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging multimedia communications across multiple channels.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, CIPR or IoIC preferred.
