Als emissiebeheerder Health Care manage je de hospitalisatieverzekeringen van de klanten binnen de unit Broker Clients. Je streeft naar een optimale dienstverlening en doet dat samen met je collega’s. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn vooral:
Analyseren, controleren en beslissen
- Je ontvangt informatie van je klanten en analyseert deze om het beheer ervan op een correcte manier en volledig af te handelen. Je detecteert essentiële informatie om zo de juiste beslissingen te nemen.
- Je voert de nodige controles uit en waar nodig sta je in voor de opstart van medische aanvaardingen.
- Je neemt deel aan projecten om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren en durft je visie en ideeën te delen met je collega’s.
Adviseren
- Je houdt je ter beschikking van de klanten om hun vragen te beantwoorden of hun bij te staan wanneer er zich problemen zouden voordoen. Per mail of via telefoon.
