As an IMO Risk Lead, you will help ensure risk management is embedded across a major business integration programme. Working closely with programme teams, business leaders, and risk specialists, you will support the identification, assessment, and management of risks, helping the programme deliver change in a controlled, transparent, and successful way.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate risk management activities across the integration programme.
- Support the identification, assessment and reporting of programme and business risks.
- Maintain oversight of risk registers, actions and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of controls throughout transition and delivery phases.
- Provide assurance on the quality and completeness of risk management information.
- Coordinate business readiness activities and support risk-based decision making.
- Facilitate lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a key link between programme teams, Risk and Audit functions.
- Prepare risk reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Champion a positive risk culture through coaching, collaboration and constructive challenge.
