We are looking for a driven and proactive internal candidate to join the Risk & Control function as a Risk Integration Analyst. The Risk Integration Analyst will be crucial in the integration of the CRO integration plan, including the Risk Management Framework. The jobholder will demonstrate strong autonomy, judgement, and pace from the outset, providing structured analysis, approach comparisons, and practical support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured comparisons of Ageas and esure RMF components and reporting structures.
- Review differing Ageas and esure approaches across RMF components and identify opportunities for alignment or improvement.
- Flag potential regulatory implications associated with RMF design, alignment or implementation choices, escalating where appropriate while avoiding technical regulatory interpretation.
- Engage confidently with stakeholders across all three lines of defence, providing objective challenge and driving clarity on decisions.
- Shape and refine key programme artefacts, ensuring clarity of design, hand‑offs, and interdependencies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a business analyst, project support, risk coordinator, or other roles involving data, process, or regulatory activities.
- Ability to conduct structured evaluations and develop clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
- The ability to stay curious and inquisitive while prioritising what matters most in fast‑moving environments.
- Calm under pressure, highly organized, and adaptable, communicating complex ideas clearly to senior audiences, collaborating effectively with specialists.
