We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of our UK reward and benefits offering. This role sits at the heart of the annual compensation review process, working closely with HR, Payroll and key stakeholders to ensure accurate benchmarking, salary reviews and bonus activity. You’ll also play a key role in managing our employee benefits, including flexible benefits enrolment, benefits administration and reward communications. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in HR, reward or payroll who enjoys working with data, managing projects and delivering a positive employee experience.
Main Responsibilities as Reward Analyst
- Coordinate the annual compensation review process, including benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus calculations and salary review letters.
- Act as a key reward data and benchmarking expert, working with salary survey providers and supporting HR Business Partners with insights and analysis.
- Manage and administer employee benefits, including flexible benefits enrolment, benefits systems (e.d.i.t.h / e.r.i.c) and payroll alignment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for employee benefits, resolving complex queries and supporting HR Service Delivery and Payroll teams.
- Project manage reward related initiatives, ensuring accurate delivery, strong governance and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver clear and engaging reward & benefits communications, ensuring all materials and intranet content remain accurate and up to date.
- Support on adhoc projects, including the migration and integration, including the consolidation of benefits.
Skills and experience you need as Reward Analyst
- Experience working in an HR environment, ideally within reward, payroll, HR operations or HR service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, balancing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and systems capability, with confidence handling and interpreting complex information.
- Experience working with third party suppliers and building effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reward and benefits information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
