  • Job Summary

We're looking for a confident and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support two members of our Executive Team.

In this key role you will help them achieve their goals by managing busy schedules, keeping priorities on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage busy diaries, meetings and emails, ensuring priorities are clear.
  • Organise meetings, travel, events and leadership activities.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, agendas and meeting notes.
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • Support team administration, including new starters, leavers and expenses.
  • Work closely with other PAs to provide a consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Help improve processes and support projects across the business.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, leaders and external partners.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to use your initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage different tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player who enjoys problem‑solving and finding better ways of working (experience with Microsoft Copilot is a bonus).
