We are looking for a Claims Supply Chain Coordinator to help shape and strengthen this network – ensuring our supplier services, processes, and controls continue to deliver the highest standards of performance, governance and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with supplier partners, influencing and driving high performance.
- Support the embedding of the supply chain across Claims teams, raising awareness of supplier capabilities and benefits.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers and Service Owners, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify issues and lead root cause analysis to drive improvements.
- Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure alignment to Ageas claims philosophy and governance frameworks.
- Analyse MI and data to identify trends, exceptions and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a first escalation point for supplier or service‑related issues.
- Work closely with Claims Operations Managers to ensure suppliers are used effectively and appropriately.
- Coordinate supplier meetings and engagement sessions, capturing key actions and insights.
- Support the timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, working with Claims and Business Support teams.
- Contribute to audits, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Represent Ageas in discussions with suppliers, helping to strengthen partnerships and influence outcomes.
Qualifications
- A good understanding of supply chain management (ideally within a claims or insurance environment).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability.
- Confidence working with data and MI to inform decisions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance operational, financial and customer impacts.
- Experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of claims processes and policy cover – desirable.
