Data Analyst: Ageas are looking for a Data Analyst, to grow our dynamic and growing Data & AI function, to support in the analysisand design on relevant projects, whilst ensuring traceability of outcomethrough all stages of the project lifecycle.

As a Data Analyst, you will be crucial in Proactivelyidentify opportunities in data to accelerate product development, as well as creating,maintaining & automating business intelligence dashboards and self-servecapability

Main Responsibilities as Data Analyst

• Help define the right metrics/kpis across different teams and build out tracking frameworks
• Prioritise, delivering and reporting projects, trends & requests.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Work with architects on best design for data products, evaluating and experimenting with new data tools & supporting ML & AI infrastructure and workflows
• Thrives working in a fast-paced trading environment where insight is key to strategy

Skills and experience you need as Data Analyst:

• Proficient in SQL & Python. PySpark & SparkSQL a bonus.
• Strong data viz skills using tools for presenting results such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to write efficient code is essential for writing and troubleshooting queries involving complex joins and functions. Use of Gitis advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and a ‘deliver & iterate’ mindset.
• Experience using LLM APIs to perform analysis or AI assistant coding tools would be beneficial.
