Ageas is looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead in managing relationships and driving governance of delegated claims authority for our Pet products. You’ll champion strong partnerships, keep a sharp eye on performance, and ensure our TPA delivers services that truly reflect Ageas’ promise of care, quality, and excellence. This role may involve occasional supplier visits, including overnight stays when required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with Third-Party Administrators ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with Ageas objectives.
- Drive Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk oversight, ensuring customer outcomes meet regulatory expectations.
- Oversee claims performance, cost control, and customer experience.
- Act as a technical expert for Pet claims.
- Engage with veterinary networks and industry bodies to strengthen market presence and influence.
- Collaborate with other Ageas teams to develop capability and mitigate risks.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Pet Insurance claims handling and product knowledge experience essential, ideally with strong veterinary network knowledge.
- Delegated Authority Oversight experience managing outsourced claims arrangements.
- MI & Insight Capability able to interpret claims MI and feed into Pricing, Underwriting, and Partners.
- Regulatory Awareness strong understanding on consumer duty and fair value frameworks.
