Working closely with teams across Finance, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Claims, Trading and Change, you’ll help us understand how our products, customers and journeys are performing – and identify opportunities to make them even better.

You’ll work in our flexible hybrid model, with the opportunity to work from any Ageas office once every fortnight.
Main Responsibilities as Ancillary Performance Executive:

- Spot opportunities and risks by monitoring performance against plan, identifying emerging trends and making clear recommendations for action.
- Drive sustainable growth by supporting initiatives that optimise revenue, profitability and customer outcomes.
- Put the customer at the centre by evaluating customer behaviour, product performance and value measures, ensuring Consumer Duty and fair value remain central to our decisions.
- Help shape our proposition by contributing to product development, trading initiatives and controlled testing to understand what works best for our customers.
- Support commercial planning through forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning, helping us understand the potential impact of different opportunities and decisions.
- Build the business case through commercial modelling, including customer lifetime value analysis, to support investment and growth opportunities.
- Keep us ahead of the market by providing insight into competitor activity, market trends and the wider Personal Lines insurance landscape.
Influence across the business by building strong relationships with stakeholders and turning complex analysis into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
Skills and experience you need as Ancillary Performance Executive:
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience in performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis.
- The ability to use data to tell a story, turning complex information into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Experience of commercial modelling, business cases and customer lifetime value analysis.
- A good understanding of ancillary products, customer journeys, product governance and Consumer Duty within Personal Lines insurance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and collaborate across different teams.
