Supplier Management Specialist (lead):Ageas UK is seekingaSupplier Management Specialist (Lead) to help play a pivotal role in helping usenhance and strengthen our approach to third-party supplier management
Main Responsibilities as Supplier Management Specialist (lead):
- Lead the development and rollout of Ageas UK’s Third Party Centre of Excellence, including team structure and role definitions.
- Define supplier management roles and responsibilities across first, second, and third lines of defence using RACI principles.
- Collaborate with UK’s second and third lines of defence and Group on supplier-related projects and initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to uphold best practices in managing key material outsourcing arrangements.
- Review current Third Party Management systems and recommend future-fit tools in alignment with Risk and Group systems.
- Establish governance framework for suppliers serving multiple functions across the organisation.
- Work closely with the Supplier Management Specialist to align tasks with the broader supplier strategy.
Skills and experience you need asSupplier Management Specialist (lead):
- Senior leadership in supplier management within UK financial services and multinational environment
- Expertise in supplier risk frameworks, including RACI models, and policy development aligned with FCA/PRA standards.
- Proven track record in building and scaling third-party governance teams across large organisations.
- Strong command of third-party oversight in post-acquisition integrations and operational resilience.
- Influential stakeholder engagement, trusted advisor status, and cross-functional collaboration to drive change.
- MCIPS-qualified with hands-on experience in TPM tools and strategic, analytical thinking.
