Personal Assistant: We’re looking for a confident and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support two members of our Executive Team. In this key role, you’ll help them achieve their goals by managing busy schedules, keeping priorities on track and making sure everything runs smoothly.

As the first point of contact for the executives you support, you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues across Ageas, senior leaders, suppliers and business partners. You’ll manage communications, coordinate meetings and help ensure important information reaches the right people at the right time.

You’ll also work with highly confidential information every day, preparing documents, presentations and reports with accuracy and professionalism. This is a varied role where you’ll need to think ahead, stay organised and use your initiative to keep things moving in a fast‑paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage busy diaries, meetings and emails, making sure priorities are clear.
  • Organise meetings, travel, events and leadership activities.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, agendas and meeting notes.
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • Support team administration, including new starters, leavers and expenses.
  • Work closely with other PAs to provide a consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Help improve processes and support projects across the business.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, leaders and external partners.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to use your initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage different tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • Professional, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A team player who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of working (experience with Microsoft Copilot is a bonus).
