Our Customer Value Management team is looking for a Senior Product Executive to play a key role in the development, delivery and ongoing performance monitoring of Ageas' ancillary products and services. In this role you will maintain strong oversight of our ancillary products to ensure they consistently deliver fair value for customers. This includes carrying out well‐evidenced fair value assessments throughout the product lifecycle, identifying where customer outcomes can be improved, and taking ownership for recommending, implementing or escalating any required actions — whether internal or external.

You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external product providers, acting as a product expert and using your technical and commercial insight to continually improve our products and drive strong customer and commercial performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong oversight of all ancillary products to ensure they deliver fair value for customers, including completing well‐evidenced fair value assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Recommend and implement actions that improve customer outcomes, taking ownership for completing or escalating these actions, internally or externally.
  • Support the overall product strategy by developing and implementing new products and services arising from non‐risk income channels.
  • Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience, commercial performance and product profitability.
  • Manage relationships with product providers, ensuring strong performance, adherence to SLAs and optimum commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and maintain "best‐in‐class" ancillary products aligned with customer needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for product queries, resolving issues and ensuring product, provider and market risks are effectively monitored and communicated.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, ideally within the General Insurance sector, with an understanding of ancillary products and their role within propositions.
  • Clear understanding of product governance requirements, including the ability to complete well‐evidenced fair value assessments across the product lifecycle.
  • Experience identifying, recommending and implementing actions to improve customer outcomes, with confidence in taking ownership or escalating where required.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, able to interpret data, assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills, with experience managing external product providers or suppliers.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or delivery.

Benefits

  • Flexible Working – Smart Working @ Ageas gives employees flexibility around location (within the UK) and, for many of our roles, flexibility within the working day to manage other commitments, such as school drop‐offs. We offer all vacancies part‐time or with job‐share arrangements, a minimum of 35 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) and the option to buy or sell days.
