- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity throughout migration and integration activities.
- Produce reporting, dashboards and visualisations that support business decision-making.
- Create documentation, standards and operating procedures relating to HR data, integrations and reporting processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise and practical support across wider HR initiatives as required.
- Coach and mentor members of the HR Systems and Data team, sharing knowledge, best practice and lessons learned to build internal capability.
- Support other HR data optimisation and change activities as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, internal data security and technology professionals and third-party suppliers.

- Excellent SQL and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Azure, SFTP, API integration frameworks and modern data architecture.
- Experience working with complex datasets from multiple source systems with differing data definitions.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, GDPR and data retention requirements.
- Ability to document processes, requirements and technical solutions clearly.
