As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for Senior and experienced Claims Technical Professionals who understand the challenges our customers and teams face when dealing with complex property claims. In this role, you’ll ensure that every customer receives the guidance, expertise, and reassurance they need to navigate the claims process smoothly. You will collaborate with specialists, uphold high standards, and work with integrity to deliver fair resolutions—because at Ageas, doing right by our customers is what matters most. Responsibilities

  • Strong customer empathy and working knowledge of regulation including TCF and FOS outcomes.
  • Supporting the departmental execution of focused claims indemnity initiatives.
  • Delegated authority – influencing process within and outside of DA arrangements for the Ageas supply chain; supporting audits to optimise workflow, satisfy adherence, and inform arrangements between Ageas and SN partners.
  • Develop and support claims‑handling interventions where derailment or spend deterioration occurs, keeping close to dissatisfaction and root‑cause analysis to drive improved outcomes.
  • Identify and address supplier performance issues case‑by‑case and drive organic behavioural improvement in conjunction with the Supplier Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience of complex property claims handling for an insurer or an adjusting firm/Managing General Agent.
  • Member of or working toward CII, CIOB, RICS professional qualifications, or a desire to do so unless you possess exceptional property claims experience.
  • Strong building pathology knowledge including Schedule of Rates, producing/reviewing tenders, and Joint Contracts Tribunal experience desired.
  • Experience of process and operational improvement programmes beneficial.
  • CII or CILA qualifications desired or working toward.
