Задачи:
Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high‑value GenAI use cases. Work within the Data Science & AI team to deploy scalable, cutting‑edge AI solutions across the business. Collaborate in a cross‑functional squad (DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers, Infosec) to productionise AI services in AWS. Enhance and innovate esure’s tech stack, including MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, UI, and our AI Python library. Assess third‑party GenAI and LLM technologies to determine feasibility and cost–benefit.
Требования:
Proven experience applying, researching and developing NLP models, including prompt engineering and fine‑tuning LLMs in a commercial setting. Skilled at working with non‑technical stakeholders to scope, design and deliver effective ML solutions. Proficient with the Python data science stack (pandas, scikit‑learn, Jupyter, etc.) and version control tools like Git. Exposure to LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD and related technologies (Docker, MLflow, Kubernetes, FastAPI, etc.). Knowledge and working experience of AGILE methodologies.
