Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Pet Insurance line of business, including market research, product design, and go-to-market strategy.
- Define underwriting criteria and pricing strategies for Pet Insurance, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Pet Insurance, providing insights, guidance, and education across the organisation.
- Coordinate strategic underwriting partnerships across Pet, Motor, and Household lines to support broader business objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend improvements to meet key performance indicators within governance frameworks.
- Stay informed on market trends and regulations to ensure the Pet Insurance offering remains competitive and compliant.
