The role will be responsible for leading, supporting and motivating a busy team of experienced HR Advisors (across multiple locations) to provide proactive, professional, comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused employee relations advice and support to employees and managers across the business. This is a key role in the team,  ensuring that challenging people issues are managed professionally and sensitively, to support a diverse, engaged and productive workforce in line with business and legal requirements.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law, conflict resolution and workplace best practise along with demonstrable leadership experience.
