The Warm Homes Single Point of Contact (SPoC) provides a single, trusted access point for residents experiencing fuel poverty, cold homes, damp and mould, or the wider health and wellbeing impacts of living in an unsuitable home environment. The service is open to all Cambridgeshire households, regardless of age or circumstances.
The Service Lead will provide operational leadership for the Warm Homes SPoC, leading the team of Warm Homes Coordinators to deliver a person-centred service in which residents tell their story once and receive coordinated support that addresses the whole person rather than a single issue.
The postholder will oversee referral, triage and active case management, develop and maintain referral pathways with health, local authority, housing, energy and voluntary sector partners, and ensure the service is safe, accessible and delivered to a high standard in line with the Quality Advice Standard. Monitoring performance and outcomes, reporting to commissioners and using data and resident feedback to target support to those most at risk, manage seasonal demand and continually improve the service.
