Age UK is recruiting for a Senior Email Marketing Executive - Fundraising, on a 12-month fixed term contract. As Age UK's fundraising email expert, you'll be responsible for driving supporter engagement and income through excellent email marketing campaigns and strategies. Working across teams, you'll support fundraising colleagues with email development and delivery. You'll build a culture of continuous improvement through testing plans, regular analysis and ongoing optimisations. We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office - currently once a week on a Thursday and may involve occasional travel for meetings etc. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.
- Demonstrable experience managing email marketing campaigns. (A, I)

- Experience using email marketing platforms. (A, I)
Skills and knowledge
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel. (A)
- Strong project management skills. (A, I)
- Numerical and analytical skills. (A, T)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an understanding of marketing and response-driving techniques. (A, T)
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics. (A, I)
- Knowledge of fundraising campaigns and best practice. (A, I)
