Age UK Bromley & Greenwich is looking for an organised and empathetic Greenwich Befriending Administrator to support the delivery of our Greenwich Over 50s Feeling Good programme. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of activities, events, trips, and social groups for Greenwich residents aged 50 and over.
Working closely with the Services Manager and wider team, you will manage enquiries, maintain accurate records on our database, support volunteers, and help promote the programme across the borough through community outreach and partner engagement. You will also assist with one-off events, record donations, and ensure monitoring information is kept up to date for reporting to managers and funders.
This role is well suited to someone highly organised, reliable, and confident juggling administration while working with older people, volunteers, and local partners. You will need a practical approach, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting older residents to stay active, connected, and well.
